So unlike much of what passes for food writing today.
I saw a food critic on TV the other day - not a pleasant experience. I wanted to hit him with a meat tenderiser - I say that in the nicest possible way. Such a smug prig! All that carry on about arranging the number of -hats!
I had a report from the elderly relative recently of his messing with the minds of some Fairfax food journalists at Bilson's. I should have liked to have been there.
