Marginal Tax Rates - again

It's good to be close to the mark in one's predictions. It seems the PM's tax incentives have swayed the polls back into his territory.
Giving tax breaks - what has famously been dubbed "the hip pocket nerve" by Uncle Ben - does have an effect. Rightly so in my view! The effects of a private income on one's political opinions have already widely been discussed by Lady Bracknell - there is no need for me to add to them.
I'm thinking, though of changing, my name to Captain Jack Harkness and standing for the Torchwood Party. While I don't quite fit the bill, it is, I am sure, the Thought that counts.
